Proud Texan and native Houstonian Lynn Scott brings more than 10 years of top-level expertise in the relocation industry to her position as Relocation Director at Greenwood King Properties. Lynn returned to her home town in 2014 and joined Greenwood King upon the company’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International.

As Houston’s leading independent broker in closed sales volume, Greenwood King wanted a leader with the experience and knowledge to create a relocation division equal to the high standards established and upheld by the company for more than 30 years. Lynn’s leadership skills and proven ability to drive marketing strategies, coordinate and build sales teams, form strategic partnerships, and oversee the relocation process make her the perfect fit to take Greenwood King’s relocation business to the next level.

In an outstanding real estate career that spans more than 24 years, Lynn began as a sales agent in Houston, then moved to the Chicago area in 1994 and worked as a title company marketing rep. Then, in 1998, a Chicago-area broker recruited her to develop their relocation division—and the rest, as they say, is history.

Approachable, friendly and genuinely interested in others, Lynn is delighted to be back in Houston. She has a gift for hospitality and giving, and possesses a natural ability to discern people’s needs and find a way to meet them. Lynn has relocated across the country several times and understands the challenges and stress that accompany a major move. “I know how difficult it is to relocate and I train and serve from that mindset.”

Lynn has held real estate licenses in Texas, Illinois and Oregon. When not working, Lynn enjoys hosting events for the community and is an avid reader, chess player and movie-goer who also loves adventure.
